Come join us for journey into release, stillness, and profound relaxation via exquisite sound and tone, as Sound Therapist Joe Hayes returns to True North with his 90-minute Sound Healing experience. Joe creates a ceremony and ritual, offering sacred sound as a means to connect with one's self on an intimate and personal level. Gentle guidance through meditation invites relaxation - turning inward, expanding outward. Sit back in the provided cushioned chair and be bathed in sacred chant, guided imagery, the didgeridoo, and a full complement of quartz, fusion, and Tibetan sound bowls.

This small group indoor event always sells out, so please register early! Chairs & seat cushions provided- feel free to bring a blanket or pillow to add to your comfort.
