I was introduced to yoga in 1977 and fell in love. It has been a powerful influence in my life since then. At that time, up until now, it has seemed to me that yoga is the single, best thing an individual can do for body, mind and soul. And then, there is a ripple effect, and goodness multiplies. The yoga you do for yourself has the potential to make the world a better place.  

I began with Hatha Yoga, and recently completed my 200 hr. Teacher certification from Empower Yoga in No. Beverly. I also earned a 40 hr. Certificate from Kripalu for Yoga Nidra.

There are so many types of yoga; it is a wonderful journey to learn what yoga has for you! I am excited for the opportunity to share the yoga I love!
