Brenda Cooper
Brenda was born and raised in Massachusetts, growing up in Burlington. She currently resides in Ipswich with her husband and their two “fur-ever” kittens, Sugar and Spice.
She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex Community College.
Brenda spent most of her earlier career as a toddler teacher, caring for and helping “little ones” navigate and explore their world. Now, after a lifetime of being drawn to the ocean and its opposing qualities of tranquility and power, she finds herself connected to it every day. Through this connection, she has been called to pursue energy work in Polarity Therapy, a healing modality that helps reset and balance the body’s energy field and nervous system.
Brenda is certified through the American Polarity Therapy Association after successfully completing Polarity Therapy training coursework, clinic, and hours under Grace Harrington-Murdoch, RPP, at Flowers and Stars in Magnolia.
Brenda is excited about her change in focus, now helping “big” people reconnect and balance their energy for their highest good. Brenda is an avid “collector of the sea,” beachcombing in all weather on any beach. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, country line dancing, crafting, and spending cherished time with her two granddaughters.
Sessions Offered: Polarity Therapy
$90 for approximately 90 minutes.
Polarity Therapy is a gentle approach designed to help reset and reconnect with your nervous system, encouraging greater balance, harmony, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Using acupressure on specific areas and points of the body, Polarity Therapy aims to support energy flow and release areas that may feel blocked or out of balance.
During a session, we’ll begin with a brief conversation to explore how you’re feeling and what you may be experiencing. You’ll then remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table while gentle touch, acupressure, and rhythmic rocking encourage relaxation and support the natural flow of energy.
The intention is to create a peaceful, grounding experience where your body and nervous system can settle, allowing space for relaxation, balance, and healing to unfold.
