If you are sensing a need for more care, more gentleness, and a deeper permission to turn toward yourself, you are warmly invited to Self-Care Is the Priority, a two-session live virtual class guided by Kathryn Girard with Kuan Yin.
In these two sessions on caring for the self, Kuan Yin offers a gentle, compassionate reorientation of our priorities. She invites us to understand how our belief in our worth and our love for ourselves are the foundation for our self-care and the place from which our lives can unfold with greater ease.
Through compassionate teaching, conversation, guided meditations, and simple exercises, Kuan Yin reminds that there is nothing stronger than love—and that the strength of our love and caring for others begins with our fierce and unwavering love for our own being.
Together, we will explore self-care not as indulgence, but as essential.
When love begins with the self, everything else flows more easily!

Kathryn Girard, Ed.D.
Kathryn studied channeling with Roslyn Bruyere at the Healing Light Center in Glendale CA and has been channeling since 1987. Initially Kathryn worked primarily with Kuan Yin in teaching workshops on healing, leading groups in spiritual development, and providing private readings for those who asked. Over the decades she has channeled many teachers who have guided her personal and spiritual development and assisted her in helping others to open to their deeper potential within professional work settings.
Following her retirement as a high-level executive in education and the arts, Kathryn is now studying, teaching, and channeling with Kuan Yin, Melchizedek, Makel, The Others (a group of beings from other templates here to support Ascension energies) and The Ansari (a group helping those ready to take a major step in their spiritual development).
