This women’s group plans to meet monthly

Join Georgeanne & Karen F, the co-owners of True North Wellness, for this Saturday morning women’s group.

Our mission is to create a nurturing safe space where women can grow spiritually, support one another through life’s seasons and build a community where women feel seen valued and supported.

Bring your coffee/tea and a willingness to create a community of supportive women interested in discussing/sharing such topics as spiritual development, wellness, creativity, and self-care. Together we will find support in a community of shared experiences, hopes and dreams.

Georgeanne and Karen will also lead a meditation and offer a channeled message for the group.
