Adult Basic Yoga with Andrea

Every Tuesday evening at 5:15pm

Open to all levels.  In this basic yoga class, we will practice asanas (poses), building resiliency, strength, and balance in movement and stillness.  We will cultivate breathing in a way that invigorates the body and inspires a calm, steady mind. This class will be a fun way to get some exercise, create peace and spark your spirit.  Beginners are strongly encouraged and the instructor will make modifications to accommodate each participant.
