Open to all levels. In this yoga class, we will practice asanas (poses), building resiliency, strength, and balance for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. We will cultivate breathing in a way that invigorates the body and inspires a calm, steady mind.
This class will be a fun way to get some exercise, create peace and spark your spirit. Beginners are strongly encouraged and the instructor will make modifications to accommodate each participant.
