Men's weekly yoga is open to all levels. In this basic yoga class, we will practice asanas (poses), building resiliency, strength, and balance in movement and stillness. We will cultivate breathing in a way that invigorates the body and inspires a calm, steady mind. This class will be a fun way to get some exercise, create peace and spark your spirit. Beginners are strongly encouraged and the instructor will make modifications to accommodate each participant.
