Reiki Practitioner Level 1 Certification is the beginner level for Reiki healing practitioners. During this workshop you can expect to learn the history of Reiki healing, explore energy flow via the chakra system, and learn how to provide hands-on healing treatment for yourself or someone else. 

You will receive your attunement to the Reiki energy through a sacred ceremony with the master teacher.  Reiki Level 1 Attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others. 

We end the day exploring the practice by giving and receiving treatments to one another.

How to prepare for receiving Reiki Level 1 Attunement:

• Eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of water

• Keeping hydrated helps the energy flowing freely, and nutritious foods help to prevent energy waste.

• Keep an open mind!
