Compassion Without Limits with Kathryn Girard (remote)

April 15/7-8pm/$12

Sympathy and empathy arise when we see or feel the pain, difficulty, or experience of another. Compassion is often understood as something deeper—a response that opens the heart and reaches outward to care. Yet within each of us lives an even greater capacity: an unlimited compassion that can heal ourselves, support those we love, and extend far beyond what we can see or know.

In this program, Ascended Masters Kuan Yin and Melchizedek invite us to explore compassion from a spiritual perspective—not as effort or obligation, but as a natural state of being. They offer insight into the highest vibration of compassion, why it matters so deeply at this time, and how resting in compassion supports both personal healing and the future of our world.

Rather than asking us to give more of ourselves, the Teachers show how compassion can be practiced in ways that are sustaining and grounded. Through teaching, conversation, time for questions, and a guided meditation, participants are invited to experience compassion as a steady, nourishing presence—one that begins within and naturally extends outward.

Compassion Without Limits is part of an ongoing monthly series exploring themes inspired by It Is Time: The Evolution of the Earth and Humanity, offered in an accessible and experiential way.
